We offer a 100% refund if you are not happy with your purchases,
provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your
products. We will be happy to offer an exchange or replacement
if the product has not been used. To return goods, that have
been opened, the unused portion of the goods, must be securely
packaged, accompanied by a note explaining why the goods have
been returned together with a copy of your invoice as proof
of purchase. Once received you will be reimbursed in the same
method that payment was made. All returns must have been purchased
through our website. We do not offer refunds when the product
has been damaged through misuse.
If your goods have been damaged in transit, please advise
us by email or phone within two days of receipt of your order.
